The “Fitness Karate Class” is a periodic program we run to cater for people who don’t necessarily want to attend a traditional karate class, but like the idea of training karate for fitness in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.


The class focus is on building cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, strength, endurance and core stability, while also gaining self-defence skills.   Unlike many punch & kick type fitness classes, the “Fitness Karate Class” is run by a world class karate instructor, meaning you are learning “real martial arts” technique, the way it should be taught.
